Sloth is not the beautiful Trisha Elric in this universe, but instead the herculean man that borrows beneath the Briggs mountains. While Wrath is the fuehrer, rather than the child Izumi could never have.

Timeline wise Fullmetal Alchemist: Blood Seal is based after the first couple of episodes, and follows the manga storyline from there. Think of this as a retelling of the original story, with events and character paths reforged by the players. Greed and Ling might never merge here and the Chimeras might live, rather than being slaughtered by Bradley and his guards. This tale of Fullmetal Alchemist is ours to tell.
